For 20 years, I've written, recorded, produced, and performed music under multiple personas and through multiple projects. I've honed many other critical creative skills through music. To create music is my greatest joy and the place I feel most at home. 

My interest in writing began in college. Over the last decade+, I've utilized and developed my writing and editing skills in my shifting roles as a copywriter, content producer, listing manager, and social media manager. I also write creatively in my spare time. 

As a teenage DIY musician in the 2000's, I fumbled through early versions of Photoshop and other graphic design and photo editing software as I learned to create fliers and other digital art for fliers and band merch. In the years since, I've honed and developed a familiarity with graphic design software, creating fliers, shirts, album art, digital content, and more for my different musical projects as needed.

As the in-house social media and content manager for a small online wellness brand for the last 6 years, I've honed my skills as a designer to create digital graphics on the fly for social media ads, page headers, infographics, thumbnails, and whatever else is needed.

I've directed and edited two music videos. I've also shot and edited a mountain of short content for social media, promoting album releases and events, building awareness, and developing a creative identity for my own personal projects and for work.

In addition to my experience with video, I'm fascinated by the interplay between narrative, performance, multimedia, gameplay, and everything in-between. I am entranced by the way that these elements can work together to affect the receiver, and the potential impact of a well-planned, well-thought project or campaign, whether artistic, commercial, or somewhere in the ocean between. 

My personal philosophy is that art, magic, performance, play, spirituality, and "content" are all a part of the same thing – the creative impulse to understand and shape our world.
